My Child Creates repects your privacy very seriously. We will not disclose your personal information to any third party, unless we have your written consent or are legally bound. We store and destroy all personal information in a safe and secure way.

Refunds

Please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order of any damages or faulty products. We will be happy to refund or exchange any product that is faulty. Where possible, please keep the product in its original packaging.

Delivery

Orders are sent via Australia Post at a cost of $7.95. Orders will be processed within 2 business days. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery and if after 10 days you have not received your parcel please email us and we will contact Australia Post.

At present we only Deliver within AUSTRALIA.

Are made via PayPal. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
